Yesterday I found myself huddling up to the warmth of the stove while cleaning a cast iron pan and drinking a hot mug of tea.
I am already getting so cold that this didn’t seem totally crazy. It’s only September. Oh my lanta.
Breakfast: English muffin with peanut butter and honey
Lunch: “Fiesta eggs”- frozen veggies, chicken, 2 eggs. Served with a side of refried beans.
Snacks: Apple, almonds, 1/2 cup of yogurt, decaf coffee.
Dinner: Coconut curry noodle bowl at the Mustard Seed
Snack: Mini Jimmy John’s sandwich they were handing out when I left Zumba. Whaat?!
